| The Anand performance System spotlights total employee involvement and small group activities. The responsibilities within this program are structured as below : | ||
| APS Coach :- Responsible for plant wide Lean Maufacturing activities. The overall incharge and mainstay of the APS initiative. There should be one coach per plant . | ||
| APS Instructor :- Re sponsible for training in both classroom and shop floor. They can specialise in different aspects of APS training, ie. Identification of waste, 5'S', effective team work etc. There should be atleast 4 instructors per plant | ||
APS Members :- All employees in a plant hold the status of members- APS. They should also belong to atleast one team. |
