| Description: | It's a module to identify all possible reasons of failures, its effects & Causes of the failure in design and /or process .The process or design is measured by assigning a rating as Risk Priority Number based on the occurrence, severity & detection of the failure each on a scale of 1 to 10.Then the corrective action needs to be taken so as to reduce the risk priority number through design/ process change. | |
