The management GRID program is based on the landmark work of Robert Blake and Jane Mouton. This program is based on a holistic concept of effectiveness that encompasses both a concern for productivity as well as an equal concern for people.

•  An understanding of your preferred and back up GRID style.
•  An understanding of team dynamics and their likely outcome.
•  A model for improvement of your own style and the prevalent organizational structure.
