Audience: Plant Staff who are directly/Indirctly involved in supervising activities in the plant

Objective:  
  •  To understand the role of a Supervisor
•  To develop skills of positive discipline
Description: The STAR program enhances supervisory skills in the areas of handling performance problems, training ,setting standards and communication.

Awareness of Supervisor's role as:
•  Coach/Trainer/Setter of Standards/Communicator
•  Process of positive discipline
