2) Strategic requirements in the near future
3) Process improvement requirements |

The decision tree given below will help to distinguish between White Belt , Green Belt and Black Belt projects on the basis of whether the root cause is known or unknown. However all these projects will nevertheless remain inclusive in QCDGP projects. |

The White Belts have to apply the quality tools training to practical, well defined team projects and are expected to take up a subsequent project once the first one is complete. |
