| Our TPM methodology is based on the structure defined by JIPM(Japan Institute of Plant maintenance). Two senior faculty members have been trained at JIPM to drive this initiative within the Group.The methodology is highly practical with a focus on disciplined and regular maintenance activity on the shop floor.This practical activity is led by the managers who initiallly work on a manager's model machine before TPM is formally kicked off in a plant. | ||
