Role of TPM instructors :- The TPM instructors have been trained at JIPM. Their role is to serve as the internal consultants and drivers of TPM program in the Group.
	TPM Leaders :- TPM leaders are responsible for all plant level TPM activities. Each plant is to have atleast one full time TPM leader.
	TPM Pillar Heads :- TPM activities in an organisation are structured under eight pillars. Pillar Heads are responsible for all activities with respect to their focus areas. ie. Autonomous maintenance, Education and Training etc.
	TPM Associates :- All operators as well as the rest of the personnel in a plant are Associates. They are responsible for maintaining their equipment and work areas.
